A native of Williamson County, Dale Davenport entered the real estate industry in 1999 as a licensed contractor, building quality custom homes. This experience, combined with his passion for building relationships with his clients, is the catalyst for Dale's unique ability to match the needs of each client to the perfect home. Driven by the desire to deliver quality in both the home and home-buying experience, Dale's attention to detail serves his clients well.

Originally from Connecticut, Emily is a Tennessee transplant who is happy to now call it home. She is an LSU graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Spanish. She is extremely organized with a knack for client relations, and is looking forward to building many beautiful homes for SEC Homes clients.

Hooper is a native of Columbia, Tennessee, and has found his calling in the home building industry. He is a graduate of MTSU with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness. His passion for building the best homes for our clients and always going above and beyond to ensure accuracy and efficiency allows SEC Homes to maintain our strong reputation.
